棉铃虫核型多角体病毒在同源和异源寄主细胞系内复制及其感染性比较

COMPARATIVE STUDIES OF REPLICATION AND INFECTIVITY OF HELIOTHIS ARMIGERA NUCLEAR POLYHED-ROSIS VIRUS IN HOMOLOGOUS AND HETEROLOGOUS INSECT CELL LINES

本文对棉铃虫核型多角体病毒(Heliothis armigera Nuclear Polyhedrosis Vi-rus,HaNPV)在3个同源寄主细胞(SIE-HAH-806、SIE-Ha-798及SIE-Ha-806)和3个异源寄主细胞(TN-368、SIE-MSH-805和IPLB-SF-21AEC)内的复制及其感染性进行了比较研究。从病毒在细胞内形成多角体的历程和感染细胞百分率、TCID50滴度、病毒在感染细胞中复制的电镜检查,以及子代病毒对棉铃虫幼虫的活体感染性试验都证实,HaNPV在异源寄主细胞内复制要优于同原细胞。讨论了核型多角体病毒离体复制时,有关的同源和异源寄主细胞问题。

Comparative studies of replication and infectivity of Heliothis armige-ra Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus ( HaNPV ) in three homologous insect cell lines ( SIE-HAH-806, SIE-Ha-798 and SIE-Ha-806) and three heterologous insect cell lines ( TN-368, SIE-MSH-805 and IPLB-SF-21AEC ) were carried out. The results indicated that HaNPV replicated much better in the heterologous cells than in the homologous cells (P<0.05) both in virus titre and in the infectivity of progeny viruses in vivo. The question of viral replication in homologous and heterologous insect cell lines is discussed.
