摘要
目的了解绝经前期妇女避孕情况,寻找适用的避孕方式。方法收集早孕要求人工流产(人流)或药物流产且年龄超过40岁的妇女298例,采取面对面问卷调查。结果 40岁以上要求人流妇女占同期人流总数的8.4%。未采取避孕措施和避孕失败是主要原因,其中无避孕措施的109例,占36.6%;避孕失败181例占60.7%。结论医务人员应指导绝经前期妇女知情选择适合的避孕措施,减少意外妊娠。
[ Objective ] To understand the situation of contraceptive use of premenopause women, and to find out the applied contraceptive ways. [ Methods ] A face to face questionnaire survey was done in 298 women above 40y who ask for Induced abortion or medicine abortion. [ Resluts ] 8.4% women is above 40y who asked for Induced abortion in the corresponding time period. The main two reasons for induced abortion were contraceptive failure （60.7%） and without using contraceptive（36.6%）. [ Conclusion ] Medical staff will provide instruction to premenopause women to promote their ability of providing contraceptive informed choice, and to reduce unexpected pregnancy.
