185例常年变应性鼻炎患者的吸入性过敏原分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨常年变应性鼻炎患者吸入性过敏原的分布情况,为变应性鼻炎的防治提供依据。方法采用免疫印迹方法定量检测185例常年变应性鼻炎患者血清中7种常见吸入性过敏原的IgE抗体,并对过敏原分布进行统计分析。结果 185例常年变应性鼻炎患者血清中,过敏原以户尘螨阳性率最高(80%),其次是蟑螂(43.8%)和猫狗皮屑(31.9%)。男女性别组间过敏原阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各年龄段均有检出,但以中青年患者居多。结论户尘螨是诱导该185例常年性变应性鼻炎病例的主要吸入性过敏原。 [ Objective ] To detect common inhalational allergen in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis who go to our hospital and provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. [ Methods ] Immunoblot was used to detect IgE antibody against seven kinds of anaphylactogen in patients' serum.The distribution of anaphylactogen was analyzed by statistical methods. [ Resluts ] The major allergen inducing perennial allergic was followed by cockroach (43.8%) and dandruff of cat and dog (31.9%).There was no Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (80%), significant statistical difference between the sexes (P〉0.05).All ages could suffer from the disease, but there were mostly middle-aged patients. [ Conclusion ] Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus is the main inhalational allergen which is responsible for PAR in these investigation cases
