药用植物马齿苋RNA提取方法的研究

Study on Extracting RNA from Medicinal Plant Portulaca oleracea L.

目的探讨不同RNA提取方法对马齿苋DNA质量的影响。方法对提取的RNA进行紫外光谱分析、总RNA电泳及RT-PCR分析。结果不同方法提取的RNA质量及产率存在显著差异。结论结果表明改良TRIZOL试剂法较好。

Objective To explore the quality of RNA from Portulaca oleracea L. with four methods of RNA extraction. Methods The eletrophoresis of total RNA, UV speetrophotometry and RT - PCR analysis were carried out on RNA extracted from four different methods. Results The RNA concentration and yields were different,which greatly influenced the result of RT - PCR. Conclusion RNA bands showed that the modified TRIZOL method is better than the other three methods.
