热敏灸对脑缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠甩尾潜伏期的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的制备脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,观察热敏灸对脑缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠甩尾潜伏期的影响,以了解热敏灸治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤的效果。方法雄性SD大鼠36只,分为假手术组、模型组、艾灸组和热敏灸组。采用线栓法闭塞大脑中动脉2 h后进行再灌注,制备局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。采用TTC染色检查脑组织梗死情况;用鼠尾光照测痛仪测定大鼠的甩尾潜伏期。结果与模型组相比,热敏灸组大鼠的脑梗死面积缩小;甩尾潜伏期缩短。结论热敏灸具有减轻大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的效果;甩尾潜伏期可随着病情的好转而缩短。 Objective The study was to observe the effect of heat - sensitive moxibustion on tail - flick latency in focal cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury model rats. Methods Thirty - six Male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, a sham - op- erated group ( n = 6 ) , an ischemia - reperfusion(I/R) injury group ( n = 10 ) , an I/R injury with 15 - minute moxibustion group ( n = 10) , and an I/R injury with 35 - minute moxibustion group ( n = l0 ). Focal cerebral ischemia - reperfusion model was in- duced for 2h by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) followed by reperfusion. Cerebral infarct was detected by 2,3,5 - triph- enyhetrazolium chloride( T'FC ) staining, and Tail -flick latency was determined with Tail Flick Analgesia Meter. Results Sus- pended moxibustion at aeupoint Dazhui for 35 minutes shortened the tail - flick latency, as well as decreasing infarct volume com- pared with rats in I/R group. Outcomes with 35 minutes of moxibustion were superior to the outcomes after suspended moxibustion for 15 minutes. Conclusion Suspended moxibustion at aeupoint Dazhui for 35 minutes could alleviate focal cerebral iscbemia - reperfusion injury, and tail flick tateacy is positivery related to illress relief.
