电针不同穴位对功能性便秘大鼠血清和组织中GAS、VIP的影响

Influence on GAS、VIP in the Blood Serum and Tissue by Electroacupunture at Different Acupoints in Rats of Fuctional Constipation

目的观察不同穴位处方电针对功能性便秘大鼠血清和组织中GAS、VIP含量的影响,探讨电针治疗功能性便秘的机理。方法将SD大鼠50只随机分为5组,即正常组、模型组、电针Ⅰ组(取双侧天枢、大肠俞)、电针Ⅱ组(取双侧曲池、上巨虚)、电针Ⅲ组(取单侧天枢、大肠俞、曲池、上巨虚),模型组以冰水灌胃建立大鼠模型,电针各组分别按穴位给予电针治疗,每组连续治疗10天后检测血清和组织中GAS、VIP的变化。结果电针Ⅱ组血清和组织中GAS含量明显升高,VIP含量明显下降,与模型组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论电针可能是通过提高功能性便秘大鼠血清中和组织中GAS含量和降低VIP含量而改善功能性便秘;电针Ⅱ组作用好于其他两组,说明取曲池、上巨虚治疗功能性便秘效果更好。

Objective To observe the influence on GAS,VIP in the blood serum and tissue by electroacupunture at different acu- points in rats of fuctional constipation, to investigate the therapeutic mechanism of electroacupuncture on fuctional constipation. Methods Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups：control group, model group, electroacupuncture group I （Tianshu （ ST 25 ） , Dachangshu（ BL 25 ） of both sides ） , electroacupuncture group Ⅱ （ Quchi （ LI 11 ） , Shangjuxu （ ST 37 ） of both sides ） , electroacupuncture group Ⅲ （ Tianshu（ ST 25 ）, Dachangshu （ BL 25 ） , Quchi （ LI 11 ） , Shangjuxu （ ST 37 ） of single side ）. The model of functional constipation rats were established by intragastric administration of ice water. Each electroacupuncture group were treated electroacupuncture at different acupoints. Braingut petide such as GAS,VIP in the blood serum and tissue of rats in each group were determined after 10 days continuously treatment. Results After electroacupuncture treatment,the content of GAS increased obviously and VIP decreased obviously of electroacupuncture group Ⅱ in contrast with model group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Con- clusion The mechanism of electroacupuncture treatment of fuctional constipation may be due to the increase of braingut petide such as GAS and decrease of braingut petide such as VIP in the blood serum and tissue of fuctional constipation rats. Electroacu- puncture group Ⅱ is better than electroacupuncture group Ⅰ and Ⅲ, it may be suggest that Quchi （ LI 11 ）, Shangjuxu （ ST 37 ） is better than other acupoints in treating fuctional consipation.
