复方栝楼胶囊对兔血清氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白及脂质过氧化的影响

The Influence of Trichosanthes kirilowii Compound Capsule on Oxidation Modified low Density Lipoprotein (oxLDL) and Peroxidized Lopoid in Rabbit Blood-Serum

目的 :研究复方栝楼胶囊对兔血清氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白及脂质过氧化的影响。方法 :测定各实验组兔血清中氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白、丙二醛的含量及超氧化物歧化酶的活性。结果 :复方栝楼胶囊组超氧化物歧化酶活性上升 ,丙二醛和氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白含量降低 ,与模型组比较有显著差异。结论 :复方栝楼胶囊能提高机体抗氧化能力 ,减少低密度脂蛋白的氧化修饰 ,抑制脂质过氧化反应。

Objective To study the influence of Trichosanthes kirilowii compound capsule on oxLDL and perodized lopoid in Rabbit blood-serum.Methods To ascertain the content of oxLDL and MDA and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in Rabbit serum of each experimental group.Results As compared with the model group,it has remarkable difference that the activity of SOD has rised and the content of MDA and oxLDL has reduced in the Tirchosanthes kirilowii compound capsule group.Conclusion Trichosanthes kirilowii compound capsule can raise the antioxidated activity of the body,reduce LDL's oxidated and modified and restrain the lopoid's peroxidized.\;
