高等教育大众化进程中师范院校教育实践质量问题的哲学解读

Philosophical Reading of Educational Practice Quality of Normal Colleges and Universities of High Education in the Process of Popularization

1999年以来,我国高等教育实现从精英教育向大众化教育的跨越,在此过程中,最大的争议来自于扩招带来的教育质量问题。而师范院校水涨船高式的发展亦使得师范院校教育实践质量问题成为研究者关注的焦点。本文意欲把"问题"放在哲学的视域下重新观视,揭示"问题"的定义及本质,继而从问题归因和衡量标准横向、纵向双维度对师范院校教育实践质量问题进行再认识,为进一步探寻解决问题的方法提供一个理性的出口。

Since 1999, there is great development from elite education to popular education in the field of China＇ s high educa- tion. In the process of the development, educational quality caused by increase enrollment is the hot point. Meanwhile, the fast development of normal colleges and universities and the practice quality are focuses in the field of research. The essay analyzes the problem from the perspective of Philosophy, tries to reveal the definition and nature of the problem, causes of the problem and standard of practice quality and find the rational solution to the problem.
