早期应用洛汀新对Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病的保护作用

Preventive Action of Lotensin on Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

目的 :观察洛汀新对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄的影响。方法 :将 78例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者分成洛汀新治疗组 45例和对照组 33例 ,观察 18个月。结果 :洛汀新治疗组治疗后患者尿白蛋白较治疗前无明显变化 ,而对照组试验结束后尿白蛋白明显升高 ,与试验前相比P <0 .0 1。结论 :早期应用洛汀新对糖尿病肾病患者具有保护作用。

objective To observe the effect of lotensin on urine albumin evacuataion of diabetic Ⅱ.Method To divide 78 diabetics into two groups of lotensin treated group (45) and comparison group(33)and observe 18 months.Result The urine albumin of diabetics treated by lotensin has no obvious variation.But compared with P<0.01 before experiment,the urine albumin of diabetics in comparison group has great increase.Conclusion Using lotensin in early stage has preventive action.
