Clinical Observation of Viral Carditis Treated with Huangqi Injection

目的 :探讨黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法 :用黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎 40例 ,并以患者的症状、体征、血清心肌酶、心电图为指标进行疗效观察 ,并与对照组进行比较分析。结果 :黄芪组的临床治愈率。总有效率高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论

objective To study the efficacy of Huangqi injection in the treatment of viral craditis.Methods:To treat 40 cases of viral carditis with Huangqi injection,We have observed the efficacy by tie idexes of the patients symptoms.signs.serum myocardial enzyme.ECG of the patients and compared and analysed with that of the control group.Results The clinical cure rates and total effective rates of Huangqi group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion This suggests to treat viral carditis with Huangqi injection is effective.
