巷道围岩注浆水泥浆液性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对水泥浆液黏度、析水率、结石体抗压强度等主要性能指标,选择P.O42.5、P.O52.5两种标号普通硅酸盐水泥,0.5∶1~1.2∶1六个水灰比等级和塑化剂、速凝剂两种外加剂进行全面组合试验,研究了水泥标号、水灰比和外加剂对水泥浆液基本性能的影响效果。试验表明,在水泥浆液中添加1%的塑化剂,能够显著降低浆液黏度,在保证良好可注性的前提下大幅降低水灰比,从而提高结石体强度。 In order to get the cement slurry performance parameters such as viscosity, bleeding rate, solidification body compressive strength, this paper selects two grade of ordinary portland cement-P · O42.5,P · O52.5 ,six water cement ratio -0.5- 1.2 and two kinds of cement admixture-water reducer and setting accelerator to conduct a comprehensive combination test. And it studies the grade of cement, water cement ratio and cement admixture on cement slurry performance improvements. The test results show that,the cement slurry containing 1% water reducer, can significantly reduce the viscosity, and in the premise of good groutability it substantially reduces the water cement ratio, thereby improving compressive strength of cement grout solidification body.
