摘要
利用寿光低品位膨润土,通过手选及湿法提纯得到蒙脱石含量为90.5%的高品位膨润土。用两种钠化剂对膨润土进行钠化改型,得到层间距为1.262nm的钠基膨润土;用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对其进行了有机改性,所得有机土的表观黏度为1214MPa.s,满足高黏度型有机膨润土的质量指标。有机蒙脱石的层间距达到4.010nm,红外光谱(FTIR)分析说明有机阳离子已经进入蒙脱石的晶体结构中。扫描电镜(SEM)照片显示有机土中蒙脱石片堆积松散。说明有机改性的效果良好。
Using low-grade bentonite from Shouguang as raw materials, the montmorillonite content were raised from 76% to 90.5% after artificial choose and wet purification process. NaF and Na2CO3 as Na- agent, the spacing between the adjacent silicates layers of Na- montmorillonite is 1. 262nm w ere det ermined by XRD. The high quality organic bentonite were prepared from Na-bentonite, Using CTAB as an intercalating agent,the apparent viscosity was 1214MPa. s, so it can be satisfy the needs of high-viscosity organic bentonite. Increase in the spacing between the adjacent silicates layers from 1. 26nm to 4. 010nm were determined by XRD. FTIR showed that the CATB was intercalated into the interlayers of montmorillonite easily. The flake of montmorillonite is loosed in SEM. The organic modification effect was well.
