摘要
用概率论知识研究移动营业厅排队问题,通过建立移动营业厅静态排队模型,引进新的客户满意度指标,分析比较了最优排序和随机排序的指标值.
In this paper the queuing problem of mobile business office is studied by probability theory. A new customer satisfaction index is introduced by setting up a static queuing model of mobile business office. The index values of optimal queue and queue are analyzed and compared.
