白藜芦醇对细胞色素P450酶活性影响的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 白藜芦醇是一种天然的抗氧化剂,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、缓解和预防心血管疾病等作用,研究白藜芦醇对常见细胞色素P450酶活性的影响,对临床白藜芦醇与其他药物联合使用具有积极意义。目前国内外大量的体内、体外实验证实白藜芦醇对细胞色素酶P450几种亚型的活性有影响,该文就近年的相关研究进行综述。 Resveratrol is a natural antioxidant, with such effects of anti-tumor, anti-inflammation, and relief and prevention of cardiovascular disease. Studies on the effect of resveratrol on the activity of eytochrome P450 are of positive significance to combined elinical administration of resveratrol and other drugs. As there are many in vivo and in vitro experiments proving the effect of resveratrol on the activity of cytochrome P450 at present, the essay summarizes relevant studies in recent years.
