低阶煤浮选的试验研究

Experiment Study on Floatation of Low Rank Coal

低阶煤由于表面含氧官能团多,传统的浮选药剂浮选效果差,因此,低阶煤的浮选比较困难。文章介绍了目前国内外低阶煤浮选的研究现状,并通过对低阶煤煤样性质的详细分析,提出了在低阶煤浮选时,在矿浆中添加阳离子表面活性剂十二胺来提高低阶煤浮选效果的措施。浮选试验结果表明,十二胺能显著地提高低阶煤的浮选效率。

Due to many oxygen functional groups on the surface of the low rank coal, the floatation effect of the conventional floatation reagent would be poor. Thus the floatation of the low rank coal would be difficult. The paper introduced the study status of the low rank coal floatation at home and abroad. With the detail analysis on the coal sample properties of the low rank coal, during the floatation of the low rank coal, the cation surfaetant - dodecyl amine was added to the mineral slurry in order to improve the floatation effect of the low rank coal. The floatation experiment results showed that the dodeeyl amine could remarkably improve the floatation efficiency of the low rank coal.
