摘要
针对延长油矿的现状及特点,运用"油井接力式运转"和"管线连续流"的思想,设计了总体方案,达到降低生产成本,减少损耗,延长抽油机寿命的目的。系统使用基于C51的下位机现场控制模块对油井进行实时监控,使用ZigBee无线传输模块实现数据的无线传输,结合上位机监控软件,可实现对整个油矿的无人值守及有效监控,并实现资源的最优配置以及利用。
According Io the status of Yanchang Oilfield, the thoughts of making the oil wells running with the type of relayand the pipe continuous flowing are proposed. The system uses the field control module based on C51 to achieve real-time monitoring and control for oil wells, uses the ZigBee wireless transmission module to realize the data wireless transmission. Combined with the monitoring software, it can realize the unattended oilfield measurement and control.
