摘要
针对燃料电池动态过程中缺气的诊断问题,研究了燃料电池的动态模型,提出了一种诊断车用质子交换膜(PEM)燃料电池在动态过程中局部是否缺气的新方法。该方法通过对燃料电池动态电路和气体压力分别建模,得到其变化规律,再通过对实验数据的拟合得到电压和气体压力两个时间常数。通过对比这两个时间常数,可判断燃料电池是否缺气。对燃料电池进行的诊断证实了该方法的有效性。
To diagnose the starvation phenomenon of a fuel cell for automotive use during its dynamic loading, a dynamic model for fuel cells was studied, and a new method for diagnosis of the local starvation of proton exchange mem- brane (PEM) fuel ceils under dynamic loading was purposed. The mothed finds the varying principle of PEM fuel ceils during dynamic loading through modeling their dynamic circuits and gas pressure, and then obtains the time constants of voltage and pressure by fitting the experimental data. By comparing these two constants, starvation can be diagnosed. The practical diagnoses verified the effectiveness of the method.
