后勤保障系统是高校事业发展的重要支撑,干部队伍建设是做好高校后勤保障工作的重要前提。然而,在干部队伍建设中存在着一些思想认识、素质结构、价值取向、考核机制等层面的问题。时代呼唤"德、知、能、廉"优秀的后勤保障干部;加强后勤保障干部队伍建设,必须选好用好人才、完善机制制度等,以促进高校后勤保障事业健康协调发展。

Logistical support system is an important guarantee for the university career development while the construction of cadre personnel is also a significant precondition in the logistical sup- port system of universities. However, there exist some problems in different levels in the construction of cadre personnel, such as thinking cognition, quality structure, value orientation, assess- ment system, etc. The epoch calls on the excellent cadre person- nel with morality, knowledge, ability and probity in logistical support field. In order to strengthen the construction of cadre personnel in the logistical support, proper staff should be selected and appointed and systems should be perfected as well to make the logistical support of universities develop healthily and harmo- niously.
