区域经济发展对地方院校创新型人才培养的影响路径分析

Analysis on the Influencing Path of Regional Economic Development on Innovative Talent Training in Local Colleges

地方院校是区域经济创新体系的重要组成部分。创新型人才培养不仅是地方院校的本职工作,也是区域经济社会的应有责任。本文对创新型人才培养全过程进行分析,指出区域经济发展对创新型人才培养目标定位、人才培养规格标准、人才培养条件平台、人才培养机制运行、人才培养质量评价五个方面均产生显著影响,以期对地方院校创新型人才培养改革与探索有所贡献。

Local institutions is an important part of regional eco- nomic innovation system. Cultivation of innovative lalents is not only the nature of the work of local institutions, but the responsi- bility of the regional economy and society. This paper analyzes the whole process of innovative talent cultivation, and points out the five prominent influences of regional economic development on innovative talent cultivation, hoping to help the reform and ex- ploration of innovative talent cultivation in loea colleges.
