摘要 针对智电网用电侧需求,提出了用电设备智联网的概念。分别从组成架构和信息架构两方面介绍了用电设备智联网的体系架构,包括服务范围、构成要素、信息流向等,并针对智能电网的运行、分布式电源接入和智能家居支持三个层次介绍了用电设备智联网的功能。相比较传统智能小区,它的覆盖范围更广、功能更全、建设成本更加低廉,它支持新型分布式发电系统和电动汽车接入系统,不仅能够改善用电的智能化,而且能够实现用户和电力企业之间的双向互动,为配电网的安全、可靠、经济运行提供强有力的决策支持。 Based on the requirements of power demand side in smart grid, this paper proposes a smart intemet of power consumption equipments (SIPCE). The arichitecture is introduced in the following aspects: composing architecture and information architecture, including its coverage area, composing elements and information flows. The functions of SIPCE are divided into three aspects: general operation of the smart grid, integration of the distributed energy sources and intelligent residence. Comparing with the traditional intelligent community system, it has a wider coverage area, more functions and a greater cost-effectiveness. It supports a flexible plug-in of both the distributed generation system and electric vehicles into the power system. The SIPCE can not only intelligentize the power consumption but also realize a bilateral interaction between customers and electric utilities, and provide decision supports for a safer, more reliable and economic operation of the distribution network.
