摘要
提出一种基于二阶锥规划(Second-order Cone Programming,SOCP)的光储系统(Photovoltaic Energy Storage System,PESS)功率平滑最优控制方法,不仅能够保证PESS功率平滑输出,而且能够实现其内部的有功功率最优分配(经济性),弥补了传统方法二者只能择其一的缺陷。该方法首先构建计及发电成本指标、环境污染指标以及一次能源浪费指标的PESS的2维SOCP模型,然后利用Matlab平台,应用预估-校正算法实现PESS机组间最优功率分配。基于Matlab平台与PSCAD平台的算例验证结果表明,该方法不仅能够很好地抑制光伏输出功率的波动,而且能够给出经济性最优的功率分配策略,且不会陷入局部极小点,计算速度快,准确度高,易于工程实践。
An optimal power smoothing control strategy of photovoltaic-energy storage system (PESS) is proposed based on second-order cone programming (SOCP). Firstly, power smoothing model of PESS is constructed considering the cost of power generation, environmental pollution and the waste of primary energy. Then, a SOCP model is applied to the optimal power distribution between units in PESS by the predictor-corrector algorithm. Finally, the simulation results verify that the method is capable of smoothing the power output and realizing optimal power distribution based on Matlab and PSCAD. Meanwhile, the method can avoid trapping into the local minimum points and is easy to be put into practice.
