摘要
Exo70是胞外分泌复合体(exocyst)中的关键亚基,广泛存在于酵母、哺乳动物和植物中。在酵母和哺乳动物细胞的胞外分泌过程中,Exo70介导运输囊泡与目的质膜的锚定与融合过程。除此之外,在哺乳动物细胞中,Exo70还参与细胞迁移、细胞连接构建等过程,并参与调节exocyst复合体的装配。对Exo70的结构研究表明,不同物种Exo70在结构上存在一定差异,其功能的差异可能与其结构密切相关。在结构、定位及功能等方面对Exo70的研究进展进行综述,将为全面了解Exo70在细胞中的功能提供参考。
Exo70 is the key subunit of exocyst complex which is broadly expressed in the yeast, mammalian and plant cells. Exo70 is involved in the anchorage and fusion of transport vesicles with the plasma membrane during the secretion. It has been shown that Exo70 has diverse functions in different species. In the yeast, Exo70 is involved in exocytosis. In addition, in the mammalian cells it also participates in the cell migration, cell junction formation, and regulating the assembly of the exocyst complex. The study of Exo70 structure has shown that the species-specific functions might be decided by its structure differences. The review on the structures, locations, functions and other aspects of Exo70 protein will provide an insight and a full understand of the Exo70's function in cell.
