转型升级背景下中国木材工业技术创新策略选择

Strategic Choice on Technological Innovation of Chinese Timber Industry Under the Context of Transformation and Upgrading

在分析指出技术创新是中国木材工业转型升级的关键环节的基础上,利用《中国科技统计年鉴》相关数据对中国木材工业企业技术创新现状进行分析,结果表明我国木材工业企业技术创新存在企业数量少、资金投入不足、创新人才缺乏、组织模式不合理和自主创新能力弱等不足,为此,提出转型升级背景下我国木材工业应采取提高企业对技术创新重要性的认识、构建多元化技术创新资金投入体系、加快科技人才队伍建设、创新技术创新组织模式和提高自主创新能力等技术创新策略。

The paper points out that technological innovation is the key link in the transformation and upgrading of the Chinese timber industry. Using the related data from ＂China Statistical Yearbook of Science and Technology＂, this paper analyzes the status of technological innovation of the timber industrial enterprises in China, the results show that the technological innovation exist some problems, including a small number of enterprises, inade- quate funding, lack of creative talents, unreasonable organizational mode, and the weak ability of independent innovation. So technological innovation strategies on China ＇ s timber industry are proposed under the context of the transformation and upgrading, including increase in company awareness of the importance of technological innovation, building a diversified investment system of technology innovation funds, speeding up the construction of scientific and technical personnel, innovating organizational model of technological innovation, and improving the capability of independent innovation.
