摘要
出于全球气候变暖和对碳排放的担忧,发达国家拟开征碳关税。由于技术、设备等原因,我国的纸制品生产能源利用效率偏低,碳排放量较高。且我国纸制品的出口市场集中欧美日等国,这些国家最有可能征收碳关税。通过定量研究,预测欧美日等国碳关税征收可能对我国纸制品出口造成的冲击和影响,并提出相应的对策建议。
Out of global warming and to the concerns of the carbon emissions, developed countries intend to collect the carbon tariffs. Because China＇ s technology and equipment are backward, the energy usage effectiveness of paper products is low and the carbon emission is higher. Besides, the main export market is in the EU, U.S. and Japan. And these countries are most likely to collect the carbon tariffs. Through quantitative analysis, this article will forecast the influence of the carbon tariffs on paper products export and put forward some suggestions.
