摘要
通过对河南省嵩县、鲁山、南召、卢氏4个项目县、332户、1421人的调查,运用层次分析法建立多层次结构模型算得权重,然后运用综合评价法对项目的社会经济影响进行评价,分析了项目的实施对农户的影响程度,并提出对项目实施应注重的发展方向。
By carrying out monitoring in Song County, Lushan County, Nanzhao County, Lushi County of Henan Province （a total of 332 households, 1421 persons）, using analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to establish multilevel structural model for calculation of weight function, and then using comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate socio-economic impact of the project, the degree of influence caused by the project is analysed, and the development direction of project implementation is put forward.
