摘要
沥青混合料的级配组成是影响混合料各项性能的重要因素,存在着分形特征。应用正交试验设计和统计分析方法,研究了ATB-25沥青混合料级配分维数值影响因素,及级配分维数值与马歇尔性能指标的相关性。研究结果表明,粗集料和细集料对级配分维数值影响均显著,其排序为细集料>粗集料;级配分维数值与ATB-25沥青混合料的空隙率、马歇尔稳定度、矿料间隙率、沥青饱和度均具有较好的相关性。利用级配分形规律,对具有不同分维数值的ATB-25沥青混合料的马歇尔性能指标进行了预估,使研究结论对指导ATB-25沥青混合料的配合比设计更具指导意义。

The influencing factors of gradation fractal dimension of ATB-25 asphalt mixture, the correlation of gradation fractal dimension with the Marshall performance indexes are investigated by means of orthogonal experimental design and statistical method. The results show that ( 1 ) coarse and fine aggregates significantly affect gradation fractal dimension, the significance order of the influencing factors is that fine aggregate is larger than coarse aggregate; (2) the gradation fractal dimension is well related to VV, Marshall stability, VMA and VFA. The Marshall performance indexes of ATB-25 asphalt mixture with different dimensions are estimated according to gradation fractal regularity, which can provide a good guidance to mix design of ATB-25 asphalt mixture.
