在肉牛养殖和屠宰加工过程中进行个体标识及信息收集,通过建立可追溯系统平台录入相关信息,为每头肉牛的信息配置唯一的可追溯编码,此编码跟踪标识到肉牛的每块产品,市场消费者根据肉牛产品的可追溯编码可查询对应肉牛从养殖到屠宰加工的相关信息,从而实现肉牛养殖及屠宰加工的可追溯性。
On the process of beef cattle breeding and slaughtering, information and individual identification were collected. Through constructing a traceability system, the relevant information was input and the sole traceability code for each beef cattle was configured. Each product of beef cattle could be identified and traced by these codes. Through the beef product traceability codes, consumers could inquire relevant information of breeding, slaughtering and processing of corresponding beef cattle.
