光动力学疗法治疗皮肤癌疗效分析

Photodynamic therapy(PDT) in treatment of skin cancer

自1984年4月至1992年8月用血卟啉衍生物——激光光动力学疗法治疗各种皮肤癌56例，其中CR 51例，PR 4例，NR 1例，总有效率98．25％；存活五年以上者50例，占 89．29％。本疗法简便、损伤小，病人痛苦小，无严重并发症，可提高病人的生存质量，是皮肤癌较理想的治疗方法。

： 56 cases of skin cancer were treated from April 1984 to August 1992 by PDT． 51 cases achieved CR, 4 PR and 1 NR． 50 patients among them lived over 5 years． This treatment is simple, a little damage, a little pain and no serious side－ effects were found． Patients＇ live quanlity is good． We think it is a ideal treatment method of skin cancer．
