摘要
以取代芳胺及萘胺为原料,经羟乙基化反应制得相应的二醇后,在高度稀释条件下,与邻苯二甲酰氯反应制得3种新型环内酯类氮氧杂环蕃。其结构用IR、1HNMR、ESI-HRMS、X-ray进行了表征,同时X-ray分析表明了邻苯二甲酸-(3-乙酰苯基)-N,N-二乙醇双内酯的晶体结构属单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群。
A kind of novel macrolides N,O-containing hetero- cyclophane was successfully synthesized by the reaction of o-phthaloyl chloride with substituted diols at high dilution con- dition,wherein the diols can be obtained by hydroxyethylation of the naphthylamine and the substituted arylamine. The structure of title compounds has been confirmed by IR, L HNMR,and ESI-HRMS. The X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the crystal structure of compound belongs to the monoclinic system,P2( 1 )/c space group.
