摘要
针对1,3,5-三氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯(TATB)的分子结构特点,选择以下几种离子液体,阳离子主要包括三乙胺类、吡啶类和甲基咪唑类,阴离子包括Br-、NO3-、CF3COO-、CH3COO-,考察了TATB在离子液体-DMSO复合溶剂中的溶解性,并采用静置冷却法对TATB进行了重结晶,对重结晶后的TATB进行晶型观察、红外检测。结果表明,所选择的几种离子液体-DMSO的复合溶剂体系对TATB均有一定的溶解能力,其中丁磺酸甲基咪唑乙酸盐-DMSO对TATB的溶解能力最好,硝酸丁基三乙基季铵盐-DMSO对TATB的溶解效果最差。
Based on the molecular structure of 1,3,5-triami- no-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene ( TATB ) , several ionic liquids were chosen and synthesized, such as ionic liquids contructed by cations : triethylamine, pyridine, and 1-methyl imidazole, and anions including Br - , NO3- , CF3 CO0 - , CH3 CO0 -. The sol- ubility of TATB in ionic liquid-DMSO co-solvents were inves- tigated, and recrystallized TATB was obtained by stationery cooling. The results showed that 1-methyl-3-butanesulfonic acid imidazole acetate-DMSO co-solvent was the best solvent for TATB among the ionic liquid-DMSO co-solvents. While butyl triethyl quaternary ammonium nitrate-DMSO co-solvent didn't show much help in dissolving TATB.
