A Review of Research Context of Competitive Advantage and the Construction of Integrated Research Framework: From the Angles of Resources and Capabilities

本文从资源基础观、能力基础观和动态能力观出发,对竞争优势的研究脉络进行了系统的梳理,对基于资源和能力视角的竞争优势研究进行了比较,总结了竞争优势的研究层面,构建了竞争优势研究的整合框架,最后对未来研究进行了展望。

Based on resource-based view, competence-based view and dynamic capability view, this paper systematically sorts out the research context of competitive advantage and makes a comparison of researches on competitive advantage from the angles of resources and capabilities. Then it refines the research levels of competitive advantage and constructs an integrated framework of competitive advantage researches. Finally, it advances the prospect of future researches.
