国外联盟组合研究述评及展望

A Review of Foreign Literature of Alliance Portfolios and Relevant Research Prospect

本文在梳理国外联盟组合研究文献的基础上,首先分析了国外现有联盟组合研究文献的统计特征,阐述了基于不同视角界定的联盟组合内涵,归纳总结了现有联盟组合研究的四个主题(联盟组合的成因、特征及其影响效应、管理能力、绩效评估);然后逐一介绍了不同视角下的联盟组合成因研究成果,从点(企业)、线(联盟)、面(网络)三个方面对现有联盟组合特征及其影响效应研究文献进行了述评,对联盟组合管理能力研究文献进行了评介,并且从评估对象、指标和方法三个方面介绍了现有绩效评估研究成果;最后指出了现有相关研究仍存在的不足和未来研究可能的发展方向。

Based on a review of foreign researches on alliance portfolios, this paper first analyzes the statistical characteristics of existing foreign literature of alliance portfolios, demonstrates the connotation of alliance portfolios in its different perspective, and summarizes four themes of existing researches on alliance portfolios, namely causes, characteristics and effects, management capabilities and performance evaluation. Then it illustrates the literature of causes of alliance portfolios from dif ferent angles, reviews existing literature of characteristics and effects of alliance portfolios in three as pects of node（enterprises）, tie（alliances） and surface（networks）, analyzes the literature of manage ment capabilities of alliance portfolios, and specifies existing studies on performance evaluation of alli ance portfolios from the perspective of evaluation objects, indexes and methods. Lastly, it reveals the shortcomings of existing literature and points out the future research directions in alliance Portfolios.
