深静脉置管导管相关性感染相关因素及护理干预措施

Related factors for deep venous catheter-related infections and nursing interventions

目的探讨深静脉置管(PICC)导管相关性感染的相关因素及护理干预对策。方法选择PICC患者290例作为研究对象,比较导管相关性感染组及无感染组年龄、性别、患者PICC知识掌握情况、实施PICC护士经验、PICC留置时间、应用化疗高营养药物等差异。结果 PICC导管相关性感染发生率为17.24%,感染组患者年龄(63.78±14.67)岁、PICC留置时间(106.56±24.56)d、高于无感染组的(54.56±15.30)岁、(68.80±24.78)d;患者PICC知识掌握68.00%、护士实施PICC年资(1.76±0.89)年低于无感染组的87.50%、(3.65±1.18)年(P<0.05),是导管相关性感染的相关因素。结论 PICC导管相关性感染发生率高,与多种因素有关,应针对上述影响因素建立行之有效的护理预防措施。

OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors for deep venous catheter-related infections（PICC） and the nursing interventions.METHODS A total of 290 cases of patients with PICC were chosen as the research objects,the age,sex,patient′s grasp of knowledge,the nurse＇s experience of PICC implementation,duration of indwelling PICC,and use of high nutritional antibiotics for chemotherapy between the two groups were compared.RESULTS The incidence rate of PICC-related infections was 17.24%.In the infection group,the age was（63.78 ±14.67） years,duration of indwelling PICC（106.56 ±24.56） days,higher than（54.56 ±15.30） years and（68.80±24.78） days of the non-infection group.68.00% of the patients grasped the knowledge of PICC,the nurse′s experience of implementation of PICC was（1.76±0.89） years,both of which were lower than 87.50% and（3.65±1.18） years of the non-infection group（P0.05）,and these were the related factors for the catheter-related infections.CONCLUSION The incidence rate of PICC-related infections is high,which is related to many factors,thus it is necessary to put forward the effective nursing interventions on the basis of the impact factors.
