骨科植入切口感染目标性监测前后对比分析 被引量:10

Contrastive analysis of orthopedic implantation-induced incision infections before and after targeted monitoring

摘要 目的分析骨科植入切口感染的危险因素及目标性监测前后的结果分析,提出预防切口感染的相应管理措施。方法采用前瞻性和回顾性的调查方法,通过目标性监测,干预前后对2007年1月-2008年12月(甲组)与2009年1月-2010年12月(乙组)1209例骨科植入手术住院患者的切口感染进行对比分析。结果 2007年1月-2008年12月骨科植入手术共537例,发生切口感染33例,感染率为6.15%;2009年1月-2010年12月骨科植入手术共672例,发生切口感染16例,感染率为2.38%;两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);植入切口感染部位以下肢为主,其次为上肢。结论通过目标性监测,深入科室临床指导,加强对骨科植入手术前后的管理,是降低骨科植入手术切口感染的有效措施。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the risk factors of implant-related incision infection and the results of targeted monitoring so as to propose corresponding management measures for the prevention of incision infections.METHODS By means of the prospective and respective investigation,a total of 1209 patients who underwent the orthopedic implantation from Jan 2007 to Dec 2008(group A) and from Jan 2009 to Dec 2010(group B) were enrolled in the study,the incision infections in the patients were compared and analyzed before and after the intervention through the targeted monitoring.RESULTS Of totally 537 patients undergoing orthopedic implantation from Jan 2007 to Dec 2008,the incision infections occurred in 33 patients with the infection rate of 6.15%;of 672 patients undergoing the orthopedic implantation from Jan 2009 to Dec 2010,the incision infections occurred in 16 patients with the infection rate of 2.38%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).The upper limb was the first implantation incision site,next was lower limb.CONCLUSION It is an effective way to reduce the incidence of the orthopedic implantation-induced incision infections to perform the targeted monitoring and in-depth clinical department for guidance and to enhance the management before and after the orthopedic implantation.
