小骨窗开颅术治疗高血压脑出血术后感染相关因素分析

Risk factors for infections after small bone window craniotomy in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的对小骨窗开颅术治疗高血压脑出血术后感染的相关因素进行分析,提出预防措施。方法回顾性分析242例行小骨窗开颅术的高血压脑出血患者的一般情况和手术资料,对相关因素进行总结和分析。结果感染率与是否首次手术、手术时间、是否清洁手术、引流管放置时间和术中骨窗大小有关,与性别、年龄、手术季节、术前是否使用抗菌药物和是否急诊无关。结论对患者的一般资料和病情作综合的诊断,正确选择手术方式,强化无菌观念,是有效降低小骨窗开颅术治疗高血压脑出血术后颅内感染的重要措施。

OBJECTIVE To study the risk factors for the infections after small bone window craniotomy in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage so as to put forward the preventive therapeutic strategies.METHODS The general information and the surgical date of 242 patients who underwent small bone window craniotomy for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed,and the related factors were summarized and analyzed.RESULTS The incidence rate of the infections was related to the initial surgery,operation duration,cleaning surgery,time of drainage tube indwelling and the size of intraoperative bone window,and it was not related to the gender,age,seasons,application of antibiotics before the operation.and emergency operation.CONCLUSION It is effective to reduce the incidence of intracranial infections after the small bone window craniotomy for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage to comprehensively diagnose the information and condition of the patients,to choose the correct surgical approach,and to intensify the concept of sterilization.
