摘要
目的分析泌尿系统感染患者大肠埃希菌对临床常用抗菌药物的敏感性,以指导无法开展微生物检验的基层医疗机构经验性用药。方法收集2010-2011年住院及门诊泌尿系统感染患者标本进行细菌接种,筛选出其主要致病菌,采用VITEK-2全自动细菌鉴定系统鉴定细菌,用纸片法做药敏试验。结果分离出的大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南敏感率为100.0%,对呋喃妥因、头孢西丁、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的敏感率分别达到75.9%、71.3%、69.0%。结论大肠埃希菌对传统药物敏感性不断变迁,目前对亚胺培南最敏感,可作为治疗大肠埃希菌所致泌尿系感染的首选药物。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the drug susceptibility of Escherichia coli causing urinary tract infections to the commonly used antibiotics so as to guide the empirical use of antibiotics in the grass-roots hospitals that are unable to conduct the microbiological test.METHODS From 2010 to 2011,the specimens of the hospitalized patients with urinary tract infections were collected,the bacteria vaccination was carried out,and the main pathogenic bacteria were screened out,the bacteria were identified by VITEK-2 automatic identification system,and the drug susceptibility testing was performed with disc diffusion method.RESULTS The drug susceptibility rate of the isolated E.coli was 100.0% to imipenem,the drug susceptibility rates to nitrofurantoin,cefoxitin,and piperacillin/tazobactam were 75.9%,71.3%,and 69.0%,respectively.CONCLUSION E.coli strains vary in the drug susceptibility to the commonly used antibiotics and are most sensitive to imipenem,which can be used as the preferred antibiotics for the treatment of urinary tract infections caused by E.coli.
