摘要
耐化学腐蚀现场缠绕玻璃钢大型容器行业标准(HG/T3983-2007)第4章4.8.7条中规定容器罐体轴向力学性能以"轴向拉伸强度(MPa)"为指标。此指标通常用于衡量传统的"各向同性"的均质材料,而玻璃钢属于"各向异性"的非均质材料。本文旨在从缠绕玻璃钢的性能特点、"现场缠绕玻璃钢大型容器"产品结构特点、生产工艺、使用状况、试验方法等五方面进行现场缠绕玻璃钢大型容器轴向力学性能指标的探讨,阐述用"单位线强度(kN/m)"作为容器罐体轴向力学性能的指标更为科学。
In chapter 4 of HG/T3983 - 2007, which is the industry standard of anti - chemical crrosion worksite filament winding FRP large scale vessel,in item 4.8.7, the axile tensile srength ( MPa ) is stipulated as the index to measure the axial mechanical properties of the vessel. The index is commonly adopted to mesure traditional isotropic materals, but FRP is anisotropic materal. From aspects of filament winding FRP properities, structure properties of big worksite filament winding FRP vessels, producing process, applying, test methods etc. , this paper aims to discuss the axial mechanical properties of the worksite filament winding FRP large scale vessel, and explains that it is more scientific to use unit linear strength "kN/m"as the unit of axile mechanical properties index.
