摘要
2012年秋季于呼兰河腰堡镇大坝、呼兰河东港村支流,呼兰河口湿地公园以及呼兰河三电厂支流,共设10个采样点进行标本采集,并初步分析呼兰河口湿地浮游植物的物种组成,经过鉴定发现呼兰河口湿地浮游植物128个分类单位,分别属于7个门的54个属.其中硅藻门共发现浮游植物2纲4个亚纲11目17科20属62个分类单位,藻类植物种类组成以硅藻门最多,其次是绿藻门和裸藻门.所鉴定的种类大部分为普生性种类,同时也出现了一些嗜酸性种类如Gompho-nema augurEhr、Navicula subtilissima Cleve.:嗜碱性种类如Cyclotella meneghiniana Kütz.
The algae in Yaopu dam, Donggang Village, Hulan River estuary Wetland Park and Third Power Plant tributaries in Hulan River were investigated in autumn of 2012. Samples were collected from 10 sampling sites. A total of 128 taxa belonging to 54 genera and 7 phyla were observed. Phylum Bacillariophyta has two classes, 4 sub - classes, 11 orders, 17 families, 20 genera and 62 species, Algae assemblages and species composition were analyzed. The dominant species were Bacillariophyta species, followed by Chlorophyta species and then Euglenophyta species. Most of taxa belong to common species, some are acidophilic species e.g. Gomphonema augur Ehr. and Navicula subtilissima Cleve. , while some are basophilic species e. g. Cyclotella meneghiniana Kutz.
