摘要
糖代谢是物质代谢的基础,运动中骨骼肌糖代谢水平直接影响机体运动能力.近年来研究发现,腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)作为能量代谢变化的感受器能够被运动中ATP/AMP的比值变化所激活,并能直接改善骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗,对机体运动能力有重要的影响.同时AMPK的长期激活可能参与了运动训练引起的胰岛素敏感性增加的调节,虽然其机制尚不清楚.通过文献检索法对运动中AMPK的激活机制及其在改善胰岛素抵抗过程中的作用及机制进行综述.
Glycometabolism is the basis of substance metabolism, during exercise the level of the goycometabolism in skeletal muscle can influence the ability of human movement directly. As an intracellular fuel sensor, AMP - activated protein kinase (AMPK) can be activated by the acute increases of the cellular [ AMP] : [ ATP] ratio during exercise, which results in regulation of the glycometabolism in skeletal muscle directly. Such as, enhances the insulin sensitivity of muscle, and this result has a great influence on the ability of human movement. Simultaneously the long - term activation of AMPK may also play an important role in enhancing muscle and whole body insulin sensitivity under conditions of exercise, though the mechanism for this effect is not fully understood. In this paper, through retrieving the literature, the activation mechanism of AMPK in exercising skeletal muscle as well as the role and the mechanism of AMPK in regulating of the insulin sensitivity process are revienved.
