临床护理路径在老年急性心肌梗塞患者中的应用评价

The Application Research of Clinical Nursing Paths on AMI in the Old

目的:评价临床护理路径在老年急性心肌梗死患者中的实施效果。方法:采用随机抽样法将病人分成两组,对照组32例病人采用按常规医嘱进行护理,实验组32例病人采用预订的临床医疗护理路径方法进行护理,观察两组病人的卧床时间,并发症的发生率、护患矛盾、护理服务品质、满意度有无差异。结果:实验组病人卧床时间、并发症的发生率、护患矛盾均比对照组明显减少,护理服务品质及病人及家属的满意度与对照组相比有明显提高。结论:临床护理路径目前在老年急性心肌梗塞患者(AMI)中的应用是最佳的医疗护理服务模式,同时也体现了质量管理的最终目的是病人及家属满意这一宗旨。

Objective:To establish the perfect clinical nursing path of AMI in the old.Methods: Using random sample method,the patients were divided into two groups,experimental group had 32 cases.The control group had 32 cases.The clinical nursing paths were used in the experimental group and the normal nursing methods were used in the control group.The patient's time in′bed,the occurring rate of complications and the patients' satisfaction were observed in two groups and the differences were compared.Results:In the experimental group,the patients' time in bed and the occurring of rate of complications in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, was much more than control group.Conclusion: Using the clinical nursing paths of AMI with in the old decrease the patients' time in bed and occurring rate of complications and improve the working efficiency and the patients' satisfaction to guarantee the nursing quality and medical effect.
