柏子仁单方注射液对睡眠模型猫影响的实验研究

Effectof Semen Biotae on Polysomnography in cat

目的 :研究柏子仁单方对猫觉醒——睡眠节律的影响。方法 :采用多导睡眠图描记方法 ,以脑电图 (EEG)、肌电图 (EMG)、(EDG)不同变化为睡眠分期的区分指标。结果 :腹腔注射柏子仁单方注射液后 ,睡眠时间在注射药物后第 2个小时段即延长 ,并缓慢增加 ,第 6个小时段增加达最大 ,之后缓慢降低。猫在睡眠过程中 ,与对照实验组相比 ,慢波睡眠期延长 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,其中慢波睡眠浅睡期延长 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,慢波睡眠深睡期明显延长 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;异相睡眠期变化无统计学意义。结论 :柏子仁醇法提取后的有效成分可使猫的慢波睡眠时间延长 ,提示其有效成分有助于猫的入睡 ,并使深睡时间明显延长 。

Objective:To investigate the Semen Biotae's effects on Sleep- Wakefuluess regulation.Method:We used Polysom nography to record the change of EEG,EMG and EOG in different sleep periods,and observed the influence of Se- men Biotae in6 m ature cat(frmale or male,weight betwnne2 .7- 3.4kg) .1.Operation and record m ethods- often one week of laying electrodes into the the cathead,We began to test. During experim ent,we put the catinto the the shielded box,and use RM- 6 0 0 0 eight- channel polygraph record system to m easure the change of the cat'ECG,EMG and EOG. 2 .Drug ad- ministration- raw extraction of Semen Biotae(1g/ ml) ,contrast(ethanol and 0 .9% Na Cl,1:9) ,were injected into the cat'abdominal cavity.The experiment interval is3days. 3.Statistical analyses- paired t- test was used.Significance level chosen was p value less than 0 .0 5 (P<0 .0 5 ) and all tests were two- sided.Results:After single use of Semen Biotae injec- tion,often2 hours of injection,the sleep tim e enlonged,increased slowly and reached the climax in the4th hour,then slow down. the cat's SWS enlonged:SWS enlonged and SWS enlonged significant.PS changes had no significant difference. Conclusion:In this experim ent,the ethanol extraction of Semen Biotae can help the cat sleep deeply.Through this research, we analysed the m echanism of the drug'effect to“XIN JI SHI MIAN,JING JI ZHENG ZHONG”using m odern techniques.
