This paper summarized high-yielding and high-efficiency cultivation techniques of hybrid rice I1 youshen98 as semi-late and ratoon rice by seedling casting method which conducted in Changting County during 2010 -2012, including early sowing at an appropriate time, cultivating strong seedlings, casting at an appropriate time, field management of main and ratoon rice.
