摘要
为进一步认识关节成形术后的一系列X线变化。采用带血管蒂岛状筋膜瓣关节成形术 72例 ,79个关节 ,包括髋关节 6 1个 ,膝关节 12个 ,肘关节 6个 ,分别于术前、术后 1个月、3～ 6个月、1～ 2年、2年以上摄X线平片。由 3位医生共同对关节间隙、关节骨端及关节对位情况等进行分析。结果显示术后 1个月X线征象变化不大 ,术后 3～ 6个月成形关节开始出现修复征象 ,有1例关节开始出现不良X线征象 ,术后 1～ 2年关节修复现象明显 ,术后 2年以上X线征象趋于稳定。表明成形关节X线征象变化最大的时间段为术后 3个月～ 2年。不良X线征象出现越早 ,退行性变发生越早。
In order to further understand a series of radiographic changes after arthroplasty, vascular pedicle island fascial flap arthroplasty was performed in 72 cases (79 joints), and the X-ray films were made on these cases before operation and 1, 3-6, 12-24, and over 24 months after operation, respectively. The 79 joints included 61 hips, 12 knees, and 6 elbows. The joint spaces, joint epiphyses, and joint appositions and so on were analysed by three doctors together. The results showed: (1) The X-ray signs had no great changes one month postoperatively; (2) The repair signs began to appear in the plastic joints but the adverse X-ray signs began to appear in one joint 3-6 months postoperatively; (3) The joint repair were obvious 12-24 months postoperatively; and (4) The X-ray signs tended toward the stable over 24 months postoperatively. It was suggested that the X-ray signs of the plastic joints had the greatest change 3-24 months postoperatively. The earlier the adverse X-ray signs appear, the earlier the retrospective changes occur.
