摘要 肿瘤干细胞及其微生景是目前肿瘤研究的热点之一.本文介绍肿瘤干细胞的微生景及其主要内容:包括肿瘤微生景的定义,相关细胞和因子,微生景特性和调控,转移前微生景,微生景的组织成分等.这些领域的研究进展可为以后抗癌治疗和肿瘤转移机理的研究开辟新的思路. Cancer stem cells and their metastatic niche are one of hot topics for tumor study. This review introduces the definition of microenvironment (niche) for cancer stem cells, related cells and factors, characteristics and regulation of niche, premetastatic niche and tissue components. The research progress in this field can provide some clues to the metastatic mechanism of tumors and the development and improvement of chemo- therapeutic drugs.
