摘要
为了提高空间曲线啮合齿轮的传动精度,研究了装配误差对其产生的影响.首先,基于空间曲线啮合齿轮的传动原理,得到了正交轴空间曲线啮合齿轮的曲面方程.然后,应用齿面接触分析方法,求解出装配误差存在下的实际接触线参数,以及相应的传动误差和重合度.最后,通过一个具体算例的实验仿真,分析了各装配误差因素对传动误差以及重合度的影响.数值分析结果表明,绕Yo轴的角装配误差和Xo方向上的位移装配误差是装配误差中影响传动精度的主要因素.本研究为控制并减小正交轴空间曲线啮合齿轮装配误差对传动误差和重合度的不良影响提供了理论依据和具体操作方法.
In order to improve the transmission precision of space curve meshing wheel (SCMW), the effect of assembly error is investigated. In the investigation, first, the surface equations of SCMW are obtained based on the transmission theory of orthogonal SCMW. Then, based on the tooth contact analysis (TCA) , the parameters of the actual contact curve in the presence of assembly errors, as well as the transmission errors and the actual contact ratio, are obtained. Finally, the effects of assembly errors on the transmission error and the contact ratio are analyzed via numerical simulation. The results indicate that the angular assembly error around the Y,, axis and the displacement assembly error in the Xo direction are two main factors affecting the transmission error. This investigation provides theoretical references and specific methods for the control and reduction of the adverse impact of assembly errors on the transmission error and the contact ratio.
