面向跨系统个性化服务的用户建模方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 以一种用户为中心的方式,共享和整合分布在多个应用系统中的多样的、异构的数据是当前个性化服务面临的最大挑战。以分布式多应用环境下,实现来自不同系统,有关同一用户的多样化数据共享和整合的技术方法为研究对象,在分析面向单应用系统的用户建模方法局限性,提炼多应用环境下用户建模基本问题与核心目标的基础上,对实现多系统用户数据整合的技术方法进行梳理,按照构建的视角将其划分为自上而下的基于标准的方法和自下而上的基于映射的方法两大派系,对代表性研究成果进行评述,并指出发展趋势。 How to integrate and share diverse and heterogeneous data in multiple systems using a user-centric approach is the greatest challenge in personalized service. Taking data sharing and integration technology and method in distributed application environment as the research object, this paper analyzes the limitations of traditional methods of user modeling, points out the basic problems and core target of the cross-system personalization user modeling method, classifies the methods into top-down based on standard procedures and bottom-up based on mapping method, reviews representative research results, and predicts the development trends.
