腹腔镜下8例外阴癌腹股沟淋巴结清扫术报告 被引量：5

摘要 外阴癌是妇科恶性肿瘤中较少见的一种肿瘤,淋巴转移是其主要的转移途径之一,腹股沟淋巴结清扫术是外阴癌手术过程中的重要环节。开放腹股沟淋巴清扫术手术切口有多种,但因伤口大,切除组织多,术后易造成术区皮肤坏死,伤口长期愈合不良,给患者带来极大的痛苦。对于腹腔镜下外阴癌腹股沟淋巴结清扫术,国内外已有相关报道,2009年6月～2011年9月,我科共收治外阴浸润癌8例,腹股沟淋巴结清扫术均采取腹腔镜下行淋巴结清扫术,效果满意,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料本组8例外阴癌,患者年龄48～65岁,平均年龄58.0岁。1.1.1病例纳入标准：①8例均为经活检病理证实,
