摘要
以 TL C法鉴别了该方中的柴胡、补骨脂、叶下珠 ,并采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了复方中补骨脂素的含量 ,回收率为 97.5% ,RSD=1.79%
Radix bupleuri,fructus psoraleae and fructus forsythlae in Shugan granule were identified qualitatively by TLC methods.The content of psoralen in the granule was determined by TLC scanner method.The average recovery and RSD were 97 5% and 1 79%( n =5),respectively.
