摘要
旅游业是战略性产业,资源消耗低、带动系数大、就业机会多、综合效益好。在旅游需求变化的背景下,衡阳市要加快旅游产业的转型升级。衡阳市要充分利用本身所具有的资源、交通、区位优势,重点抓好景点景区建设、旅游产业配套、旅游服务质量提升和旅游宣传等四大工程。
The tourism industry is a strategic industry, low consumption of resources, lead coefficient, employment opportunities, comprehensive benefits. In the context of changes of tourism demand, Hengyang City must to speed up transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry. Hengyang City must to make full use of their own advantages, to focus on the construction of four major projects, namely construction of scenic spot, construction of supporting system of the tourism industry, enhancement of the quality of tourism services and tourism promotion.
