衡阳市区户外运动参与者现状及对策研究

The Research of the Present Situation and the Countermeasures about the Outdoor Sports Participants in Heng Yang city

户外运动是近年来在国内兴起的全民体育健身活动,在衡阳也呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。文章对衡阳市户外运动参与者的相关情况进行调查与分析,调查表明:户外运动群体不断壮大、人员构成以大专和本科学历为主;户外运动动机集中于放松休闲、观光旅游、健身交友;户外路线和强度根据年龄和性别有所不同;参与者对自身健康状况及参与户外项目难度、负荷、户外运动安全技术知识的了解和掌握情况很低。

Recently, outdoor sports are the emerging national physical fitness activities in our country, and these sports show the the vigorous development of the situation. This paper has researched the relevent information of the outdoor sports participants in Heng Yang city. According to the investigation, we found that the group of outdoor sports are growing constantly; the personnel structure is based on the college and the university education; the major objectives of the outdoor sports are the relaxtion, traveling, exercise and making friends; according to the different ages and the sexes, the route and the strength are difference; the participants＇information about the health, Difficulty and safety is insufficent.
